Stevie Edwards’ first book, Good Grief (2012), was selected from an open manuscript competition at Write Bloody and received two post-publication awards: The Independent Publisher Book Awards Bronze in Poetry and the Devil’s Kitchen Reading Award from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale. Her second book, Humanly (Small Doggies, 2015), was a finalist for contests at Crab Orchard, Four Way, and Cleveland State prior to being solicited. She is the Editor-in-Chief and Founder of Muzzle Magazine and Senior Editor in Book Development at YesYes Books. She holds an MFA in poetry from Cornell, and is a PhD Candidate and Teaching Fellow at University of North Texas.
